How to Add This Signature in New Outlook

Fill in your details above and confirm the preview looks correct.

Click Copy Signature to Clipboard — the button turns green to confirm.

Open Outlook. Click the Settings gear (top right), search for Signatures and open it.

Click + New signature, give it a name, then click inside the signature text box.

Press Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac) to paste your formatted signature.

Click Save and set as your default for new messages and replies.

Send yourself a test email to confirm the signature displays correctly.
